These terms govern your use of this website and your purchase of goods from Fix It Specialists, Office 3, 56 Tavistock Place, London WC1H 9RG (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to them.
1. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order (for example if an item is mispriced or out of stock) and will refund any payment taken.
2. Pricing & payment
Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. When you place an order, our team will call you to take card payment securely over the phone. No card details are entered on this website. Your order is reserved as awaiting payment until confirmed, and your build begins once payment is received. We take reasonable care to ensure prices are correct but errors may occur; if we discover an error we will contact you before dispatch.
3. Custom builds
PCs configured through our configurator are built to your chosen specification. Please check your configuration carefully before ordering. Component substitutions of equal or greater value may occasionally be necessary due to stock; we will contact you first where the change is material.
4. Delivery & returns
Delivery is covered by our Delivery Policy and returns by our Refund & Returns Policy, which form part of these terms.
5. Warranty & liability
Goods carry the warranty stated at checkout (12 months minimum on builds). Nothing in these terms excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the price paid for the goods. We are not liable for loss of data — please keep your own backups.
6. Your rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
