We deliver to addresses across mainland UK. For the Scottish Highlands, offshore islands, or international orders, contact us for a quote before ordering.
Cost
Free delivery on prebuilt and custom PCs to mainland UK addresses, sent fully insured via DPD.
Dispatch & timescales
- In-stock accessories & parts: typically dispatched within 1–2 working days.
- Prebuilt PCs: typically dispatched within 3–5 working days after testing.
- Custom builds: typically 5–7 working days (7–10 for enthusiast/workstation specs) as each machine is assembled and stress-tested before it ships.
You will receive DPD tracking by email once your order is dispatched, with a one-hour delivery window on the day.

You are welcome to collect from us at Office 3, 56 Tavistock Place, London WC1H 9RG by prior arrangement — call 0800 955 0071 to book a time.
Failed / missed deliveries
DPD will attempt redelivery or leave a card to rearrange. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange redelivery (a further charge may apply).
